General Description:

MCA342 is a one way replay NC(normal close) output warning system which is integrated with dual axes tilt sensor and three axes accelerometer. The relay output reverse and turn into NO(normal open) status when detected inclination or vibration is greater then warning threshold value, otherwise, the replay output is in NC(normal close) status.it is precise and reliable due to the interior cell of electronic non-contact principle.

The newest MEMS tilt cell makes the small size(only 70mm x 64mm) and high consistency and reliability possible. The acceleration switch is integrated into a single crystal capacitive sensor which is composed of silicon chip processed by MEMS technology, low power consumption ASIC used for signal transforming, a micro-processor used for compensation value storage and temperature sensor. MCA342 is a low power consumption, calibrated, sturdy and stable compound switch sensor system. The electronic configuration includes a solid-state power supply used for restoration and to surge protection. The working temperature reaches industrial level：-40~85 Celsius degree. Above all it is a high performance compound switch sensor at low cost.
